What do you do when the mail arrives? An employee hands you a message? Or you look through your In box? If you answer is anything besides
“Deal with it” you are causing yourself more work!
The number one rule of thumb to save time and become more organized is “Touch it once.” Each time you review a letter, an order, a message, or a project without completing it you are costing yourself time and focus.
SO: Turn over a new leaf this year! Don’t
just go through things: take one thing at a time
and finish it before you even LOOK at the next!

What Can You Do With Petals?
