Ideas That Work

Do you have something that you’ve learned or that your shop has recently started doing to increase business or better service your customers? Sharing business tips through NFA can help all of us be more successful. Send your ideas our way and we can share them with our membership.

For example, SAF offers these tips for educating your staff on the subject of color:

  • Use red or pink tones to communicate passion;
  • Design a blue or violet arrangement to make the recipient feel at ease;
  • Recommend a yellow and orange arrangement to give someone a smile.
